One of the great things about selling your home with Property Rescue is that our team will work to a time frame that suits you. Once you make contact with us, we will explain the process and conduct some research on your property. We will give you an offer based on an agreed valuation between us.

1. Property visit – we will send an independent Asset Management firm to inspect your property at a time convenient to you and issue a property report
2. Agent appraisal – the property report is sent to 2 local estate agents for appraisal and confirmation of value
3. Contracts exchanged – once the value is confirmed, solicitors are instructed and exchange of contracts can take place in as little as 48 hours

Typically, you will receive 20% less than Market value. To put it another way we offer about 80% of the market value plus we pay all the legal fees and associated costs

When you contact us our team of experts work quickly to calculate the value of your property and produce an offer all based on research. We use a variety of tools, which are also used by Banks, RICS Surveyors and Estate Agents.

No, you will not need to pay for your property to be valued. There are no hidden costs with Property Rescue and that includes our valuation on your property. Once you reach out to us, we will schedule an appointment with a reputable asset management company to thoroughly assess and document your property. The findings will then be sent to local and independent estate agents to provide an accurate valuation.

Once you contact Property Rescue, our team work diligently to complete thorough research and provide you with a fair cash offer as quickly as possible. In fact, you can typically expect an offer within 24 hours of contacting us. In many cases, we are able to make an offer on the same day. For situations that require more urgency, we will do everything in our power to ensure your needs are met.

Once your sale is complete, we will transfer the funds to your appointed solicitor, who will handle the transaction your behalf. The entire process typically takes only a few days, ensuring you receive your funds in a timely manner. We will pay off your mortgage and the remaining proceeds from the sale will be deposited into your bank account.
