It can take as little as 48 hours, but on average it takes about 2 weeks end to end.
Yes. We normally offer 80% of the property market value. But if you sold your Romford property through slower traditional routes, the buyer would often negotiate the property price to below market value, particularly if concerns are discovered during the searches and surveys. In addition, you’d have to pay estate agent’s and solicitor’s fees. So, while we offer less than market value, there’s often not a huge difference between how much money you end up with in your pocket at the end of the sale. But of course, by selling to us, you can sell your house much faster and with less hassle than if you went the conventional route.
No. Once you receive a quote from us, we will honour it.
Once we own your house, we’ll send in a team of specialists to assess whether it needs some TLC. If it does, our team will restore and refurbish it beautifully, so it’s ready to become happy home again. We’ll then find a buyer who loves it and wants to make it theirs.
Yes of course. Once we exchange contracts we can issue you with a cash advance, usually within 48 hours.
