The scheme on Cambridge Street will provide 64 new homes – reservations for which are now being taken – following the transformation of the former Springfield Brewery yard which has lay vacant for some 25 years.
Wise Living has partnered with housebuilder Keon Homes for the project, working in partnership with Birmingham-based architects BM3 to ensure that the development reflects the area’s heritage and is in keeping with its historical significance.
The development comprises 33 one- and two-bedroom apartments and 31 two-bedroom homes, and residents will be in their new homes in time for Christmas. Properties available include The Starley, a modern two-bedroom apartment from £670 PCM and The Hobbs, an impressive two-bedroom home with study from £790 PCM.

We’re delighted to be launching our third development in the West Midlands and our second in partnership with Keon Homes, after working together on the hugely popular Herbert House scheme in Coventry.”

Prior to launch, Wise Living and Keon Homes have been shortlisted for their work on the Cambridge Street development in the Private Rental Sector Deal of the Year category at the 2021 RESI Awards – one of the residential property sector’s biggest award events.
